1. When will my order be dispatched?
Items held in stock will be dispatched usually within 3-5 days of us receiving your order. If you have ordered a number of items, these will be dispatched as they become available. We will not hold up your entire order waiting for an out-of-stock item or new release to arrive in stock. please contact us at sales@mobile-i.com.hk as soon as possible. There's a chance we'll need more information from you before processing the order.

 

2. How do I check the status of my order?
You will receive email of every status before shipping and provide Fedex tracking no. will be sent an email confirming the item has been shipped.

We estimate delivery to our customer 7-10 working days after dispatch.

5. Incorrect Delivery/ Failed Delivery
It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. Should you enter the incorrect address, we are not obliged to refund, exchange or resend the order to the correct address at our expense.
 
6. Why do I need pay custom charges?
As the recipient, you are liable for all import duties, customs and local tax by the country. As we unable to calculate this amount, please contact your local customs office for further information before purchasing in our web store.
